A Flexible Wellbeing Service for the Conference

The wellbeing service was designed to work around the conference programme rather than interrupt it.

Six therapists worked as floating therapists within the main conference, approaching delegates and offering short 10-minute neck and shoulder massages while the conference training sessions were taking place.

The therapists worked across different areas and tables within the room, allowing the service to reach delegates efficiently while maintaining a professional and organised approach.

Alongside the main conference service, we also provided a separate VIP treatment area for speakers, offering pre-arranged 30-minute appointments in a quieter environment.

Therapists moved between the conference floor and the VIP area according to the appointment schedule, with the service coordinated throughout the day by KMP Pamper Parties.

Wellbeing During the Lunch Break

During the lunch period, the service was adapted again to accommodate the conference schedule.

Working with the event team, we created dedicated massage areas for delegates while access to the main conference room was restricted.

Four therapists provided seated neck and shoulder massage in one area, while a further two therapists worked from a quieter space close to the dining area, where delegates could sit and wait for their treatment.

Meanwhile, the VIP appointments continued separately.

This flexible approach meant that massage and wellbeing support could continue throughout the event while fitting naturally around the organisers’ programme.
